Summary:
Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy & Operations (S&O) practice is looking at hiring Manager for its Operations Excellence service line, focusing on enhancing the internal operations of our clients by improving their capability to serve both their internal and external customers. We improve our clients' profitability and business productivity by enhancing core elements of the business model, creating value through process simplification, operating cost reduction and service improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects in the areas of Business process re-engineering, Operational strategy and target operating model design, Outsourcing and Shared services design, and Enterprise cost reduction
- Manage teams to deliver Operational Strategy projects in the above areas
- Develop / contribute to effective sales pipeline for the Operations Excellence practice
- Actively lead business development activities (proposals, solutioning, diagnostics etc.)
Educational Qualifications:
- MBA from Tier-1 Business School (IIMs / ISB / XLRI etc.)
- Commerce / Science / Engineering background from a premier institute
Relevant Experience:
- 5-8 years experience in operations strategy, operating model design, business process re-engineering, enterprise cost reduction, shared services and/or outsourcing
- Experience in leading complex operations projects and driving change initiatives across organizations
- Ability to manage client relationships with senior personnel – understand and empathize with their needs and collaboratively conceptualize and develop solutions
Personal Characteristics:
- Strong interpersonal skills with high levels of enthusiasm and a good team player
- Strong operations consulting skills
- Demonstrated leadership potential
- Ability to empathize with clients and to work to demanding timeframes/deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
