MANGER / SR. CONSULTANT / CONSULTANT – FINANCIAL SERVICES (FATCA)

This role pertains to projects resulting from the challenges faced by clients in implementing the FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliant Act). As a result of the FATCA legislation which was signed by the US government, potential significant changes await the financial community worldwide operationally and technologically. We are building a team to be market leaders in providing advisory services to the financial community on the implications of this new legislation

 - Minimum of 5 years experience in a top tier international consulting firm or financial services institution

 - International exposure – Have worked on at least 2 to 3 projects for clients in the UK, Europe or US regions

 - Excellent communication and client facing skills

 - Strong problem solving skills

 - Experience in one or more of the following:

    - Process Re-engineering

    - Operating model transformations

    - Regulatory compliance

    - Regulatory & MI reporting

    - Financial control framework implementations (including SOX)

 - Experience in operating model design, gap analysis and operational transformation (systems, processes, controls, people etc..)

 - Knowledgeable of banking operations, products and processes, as well as ideally the current regulatory environment.
