We have this opening with One Of the Big 4’s, Looking for someone who has strong business development experience. Someone who has prior experience into Solution Sales and would be helping our client in extending its Advisory arm particularly in Government / Public Sector – vertical.

JD:

Key Responsibilities:

 - Coverage: To cover and penetrate States in India Region for in Government Domain.

 - Business Development: Business Development in the State and Central Government Organizations, identification of feasible opportunities, Qualification of opportunities in each state and working with the client team for the entire opportunity life cycle.

 - Relationship Management: Management and retention of the relationships and to get access to the opportunities in a early stage.

 - Internal Communication & Coordination: Person would be closely working with Vertical heads and coordinating with technical guys to roll out better solutions.

 - Account Planning: Account wise business planning based on the roadmaps and opportunities available in short and long term.

 - Bid Management: End to end bid life cycle management, bid preparation and compilation

 - Team Management: Managing Account Managers for named accounts and Managing bid coordinators

 - Revenue Generation: Achievement of assigned revenue

The Individual
Minimum qualifications: MBA

Experience:
Should have prior experience into business development, its mix of both team leading as well as individual contributor role. Looking for someone who has prior experience in dealing with Government Sector.

 - Good in Analytics

 - Team Player with leadership Qualities

 - Be able to guide and lead teams on engagements

 - Client Relationship Management skills

 - Very Good Communication skills (reading and writing)

Span: Person would be handling particular region assigned to him.
