Community Marketing

Job Description - Managing a 'youth' community developed by HCL Technologies utilizing 'owned' assets and 'earning' added footprint across both offline (campus) and online space. Job responsibilities entail

1. Community Advocacy - listening/monitoring and participating in own and aligned online platforms

2. Brand Evangelism - use traditional marketing tactics as well as new age online tools to promote community as well as mother brand values

3. Facilitate - Define, plan and execute content strategy using formats like forums, blogs, podcasts and other online and offline tools

4. Strategy - Coordinate with various stakeholders internally to build on the community goals to lead to significant impact on HCL brand

5. Interaction with agency - Coordinate with agency to develop robust offline events to help create significant impact on community

6. Require a strategic thinker who understands 'youth' as a category and uses insights derived from their behaviour to develop the strategy. Should be well versed with social media platforms (not necessarily the tools) and marketing frameworks. An innovator and creative thinker who is interested in pioneering new thoughts and executions.

7. Experience  - 4-8 years

8. Excellent communication skill
