Looking for AVP-Corporate Sales with one of the well known service Industry (Start Up) to be based at Gurgaon.

Job Description

The incumbent shall be responsible for selling products and services to corporate. He/she shall build relationships with top management of corporate including COO/Head-HR/Recruitment Head/etc. to pitch our products, convince the prospect, follow-up, negotiate and close the deal. The candidate shall work with internal client servicing team to make sure that his accounts are well serviced and constantly engage with client for generating more business.

Responsibilities include:

* Develop and cultivate deep relationships with companies hiring entry-level candidates in large numbers and those into large scale recruitment.

* Pitch product to client, develop solution according to client's need, follow-up negotiate and close deal.

* Engage with key accounts and grow accounts.

* Conceptualize, prepare and deliver sales presentations.

* Secondary responsibility on the internal assessment market; leverage his relations with the companies to identify opportunities for internal assessments and work with Sr. management to open those accounts

Profile Requirement

a. MBA from a good school (XLRI grads preferred)

b. 4-10 years experience in corporate sales; consulting (but interested in sales)

c. Solution selling experience preferred

d. Work experience in Tier 1 large companies

Preferred Industry: Software/Hardware/telecom/media industry;

Note: A person skilled in solution selling and one who could build relationships, negotiate and close deal
