Our client is a leading Group operating in various business verticals is looking out for GM Talent Acquisition to be based at Mumbai.

1. Designation & Location:  GM (Talent Acquisition)

2. Specifications of position:

The Person would majorly act as a HR Business Partners and drive and build action plans in partnership with Recruitment Managers and staffing partners to maintain an active pipeline of talent. Would be majorly involved at a strategic level operations
 - Interaction with the Business heads and planning for future businesses and execution the same
 - Insuring business pipeline and appropriate allocation of resources to teams and individuals
 - Designing and formulating innovative and effective ways of recruitment.
 - Keeping the team highly motivated for performance enhancement
 - Vendor finalization
 - Involved in interactions with internal business unit head to understand the requirements. Ability to handle TOP HEAVY internal customers is IMPORTANT.
