1. Create implementation plan for annual R&C strategy of JLTI to ensure the company is secure from all external & internal threats ( people, process & technology) 2. Risk identification and using group matrix perform assessment to device risk registers for JLTI, Group and Operating Entities as applicable 3. Participate in control identification and Operationalise Key Control testing for JLTI. Risk reporting to board and group on regular basis 4. Benchmark operational risk management to create global centre of excellence related to operational risk management in the Group 5. Embed in the organisation a robust risk awareness and compliance culture 6. To build knowledge within team and Subject Matter experts in the areas of Risk. Will also be responsible to motivate and promote team towards. 7. Will be required to control and ensure regular audit the JLT Brand and other risk and compliance services provided to the group/ operating companies Essential: 9 - 10 years of experience in the Risk and compliance domain in financial services or IT/ ITES with proven track record Ability to gauge risk and compliance impact of projects Experience in driving organisation towards control testing agenda Knowledge Risk Management Frameworks Knowledge of ISO standards Using FMEA and RCSA or other ops risk methods in practice Build KRI's and monitor them for regular risk reporting Excellent communication skills Analytical abilities Highly detail oriented and strong interpretational skills Strong Managerial skills High degree of problem solving skills to resolve problems in a multi-product/service environment Ability to understand business issues/customer requirements and provide solutions Team building skills Risk reporting attributes at SMT / Management level Desirable: Prior experience of working in the insurance sector
