JOB DISCRIPTION

Title: Manager – Talent Acquisition

Business Unit: Human Resources

Reporting To: Head Staffing

Location: Gurgaon

Duties & Responsibilities:

Work Profile

- Experience in Handling the complete Recruitment Life Cycle.

- Sourcing & screening right and quality profiles through cost effective channels - Employee Referrals, IJPs, Campus, Internal movements, portals, Social Media Retained search with key partners and contingent based hiring via recruitment vendors. Interviewing candidates along with business, reference checks, offer discussions and final closures including issuing of letters and documentation.

- Manpower planning, Ensure that the standard metrics for recruitment like TAT, Source Mix and Cost is being tracked and met - reporting to Management and Business to measure effectiveness.

- Stakeholder management across levels of the organization to ensure achievement of recruiting objectives and strategies. Create and execute hiring plans. Deep interaction with hiring managers to identify talent and get the best hire for the organization

- Analyze requirement according to the specification mentioned by the client.

- Leading, building and strengthening key relationships with agencies, partners, professional organizations and key external partners. Ensuring deliverables in time and of desired quality standards. This includes leading negotiations for rates and SLAs. Responsible for appointment, negotiations and SLAs with Background Verification Agency

- Driving a great candidate, hiring manager and stakeholder experience.

- Maintain complete documentation on candidates, searches, and interview feedback in the recruitment database.

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS

- Willingness to hit the ground running coupled with a "can do" attitude are a must.

- Should be Tech Savvy

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Build effective working relationships.

- Ability to multi task.

- Exposure to volume based hiring would be an added advantage.

EDUCATION

- MBA in Human Resources

- 6-8 years’ experience in Recruitment

- Excellent communication and written skills
