Description/Position Overview :
- Managing Pan India business development for Warehouse and Industrial Vertical. This role would require travelling and generating business leads in the lines of Manufacturing, FMCG, eCommerce, logistics and others.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with business development activities such as proposal submissions, managing Intranet postings and project coordination
- Identifying generating and materializing leads
- Preparing a detailed business plan so will not lose sight of our goals and objectives Securing sufficient financial resources for future development or expansion
- Identifying and creating a sales funnel and forecasting the business Liaising and the preparation of promotional material, case studies etc.
- Demonstrated ability to gain customer trust and provide exceptional follow-up, leading to increased & repeat business
- Travelling to multiple places to conduct due diligence and conduct migration activities
- Manages projects that involve our internal graphics team, including presentations and other marketing materials

- MBA degree with 10-15 yrs of relevant experience. Civil Engineers can also be looked at.
