JOB DESCRIPTION

Title - Head – Offline and Digital Marketing

Business Unit - Jones Lang LaSalle Residential Services

Level - Senior Manager /Assistant Vice President

Location - Mumbai

Reporting To - CMO & CEO – JLL Residential

Principal Accountabilities - In India, Residential Broking is the emerging business as the market share of the organized player is growing and JLL Residential (JLLR) is the pioneer in this space. As the early entrant in the organized space, JLLR has established the leadership in this space and has further aspirations to grow the business inorganically and specifically through Digital Marketing space.

- Become key stakeholder in the Business & Management

- Help Business Leaders growth business through Tradition and Digital Marketing

- Devise Traditional and Digital Marketing Strategy

- Identify Offline and Online Lead Generation Platforms

- Execute and Monitor the Strategy and initiatives

- Optimize the Lead Generation Process

- Evolve Cost effective mode of lead generation

- Complete ownership of the Website and other digital channels

- Initiate offline and Online Brand Visibility initiatives

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Marketing Team on Brand guidelines

- Liaise with external agencies.

- Closely work with developers along with the City Lead to win exclusive mandates/sole selling of projects

- Manage the activity calendar of key exclusive mandates and drive lead generation process

- The individual will be part of the JLLR Management Team

- Good understanding of business intricacies

- Complete ownership of business and online lead generation

- Innovate and optimize cost effective methods of Lead Generation

- Manage existing vendors & identify new vendors for better processes

- Manage Team of experts to meet the business expectations

Key Performance Measures:

- Complete ownership of offline and Digital Marketing initiatives

- Work closely with business leadership on execution of the strategy

- Drive new initiatives for business growth

- Ensure 33% of new business fees is generated through Digital Marketing

- Build granular business lead generation model

- Good grasp of language as well as content management and generation

- Fair command of the business P&L

Competencies / Requirements:

- Minimum 10 Years of Work Experience

- Worked with established brands

- Minimum 7-9 years in traditional brand, marketing and offline marketing

- Minimum 4-6 Years in the Digital Marketing Space

- Hands-on experience in the B2C space

- Good understanding of Service Marketing

- Ability to work with cross functional teams and matrixed responsibilities both supervisory and reporting
