Job Title : Director/Head - Marketing - Investor Services Marketing

Department : Marketing & Communications

Direct Manager / Direct Reports : Director Level

Reporting relationship : Group Marketing Head

Location : Gurgaon (NCR)

No of reportees : 2-3 marketers

Objective - Enhance overall brand and market reputation across all Investor Services businesses such as Capital Markets, Industrial Retail, Corporate Finance and Services such as Research through aspects of Marketing Strategy, Media, Events, Property Marketing, External and Internal communications, digital marketing and business development sales support.

The role is responsible for supporting marketing activities across all JLL offices in West Asia on relevant business lines.

Accountabilities Marketing - External and Internal :

Business line Marketing : Assists all investor businesses and real estate services in defining their most appropriate target audience and ensure our marketing messages reach this target.

Events : Conceptualize, Plan and execute business line and firm-level events (in conjunction with event partners). Be the alliances and partnerships SPOC for the organisation for trade bodies and industry associations such as CII, FICCI, NASSCOM, USIBC, CREDAI, etc.

Firm Management and Chairman's Office : Lead the onus of all communications and special requests which come in from the Chairman's office, including Speaker Notes, Presentations, panelist moderation notes, etc.

Digital Campaigns : Craft and run the strategy on Business generation through EDMs, Web site, Newsletters, Intranet and Extranet.

- Run / Cascade global campaigns and initiatives in various offices across business lines in India for purposes of driving culture, maintaining brand consistency, best practices and other business programs

- Engage with various business stakeholders and providing marketing inputs / support for an effective go to market strategy. Be the strategic marketing advisor for all relevant business heads.

- Partners with the PR team to ensure that new assignments, transactions, event, research and other newsworthy items are actively pitched to the media

- Adequately contribute to new initiatives like social media

- Oversight of external resources and vendors for creative services, printing, production, merchandise, etc. for cost, quality and timelines.

- Drive and oversee the unit team on various initiatives along with the Group Marketing Team, aligned to corporate marketing guidelines.

Business Development Marketing :

- Develops professional BD collateral to support BD efforts

- Has to be extremely good in presentations, capability brochures, case studies and work with the creative team to design and print them

- Work on various RFPs and write BD proposals, as a part of the new business development pitch process

- Good grasp of language as well as content management and generation

- Fair command of how business P/Ls work

Required Qualifications & Experience : A management graduate with 12-15 years of experience, encapsulating various marketing skills (brand, marketing and offline marketing)

- Prior Services Marketing Experience is a must

- BD marketing support in firms with an RFP culture like IT/ITeS services etc.

- Agency background is not a must but will be an advantage

- Industries such as Technology and Consulting.

- Worked with established brands

- Minimum 10-12 years in traditional marketing with a flair for Digital Marketing

The candidate must possess :

- Strong written communications skills-Very important

- Understanding of strategic marketing and business development

- Understanding of cross-selling and multiple service delivery

- Understanding of various communication mediums

- Ability to work with cross functional teams and matrixed responsibilities both supervisory and reporting

- Has been a senior go-to person for marketing support over the last 4-5 years.

- A competent marketing professional, who can work beyond hierarchies and rankings.
