Role Description:

- The candidate will play a key role in the strategic consulting team at Mumbai working closely with AVP in the development of business and execution of consulting engagements, primarily related to valuation of business/ asset in the real estate industry.

- Apart from the day-to-day execution, the candidate will be responsible for gathering market knowledge for possible business development opportunities, helping develop thought leadership and long-term development of the team.

Role Details :

- Understanding and clearly identifying business drivers of clients

- Develop business models and financial projections on the basis of the understanding of the market dynamics and clients business

- Articulate and present reports/ deliverables in required detail to clients

- Undertake research into specific industry sector, markets, and competitors

- Understand and develop knowledge of the relevant players in the industry (both investment and development side of real estate)

- Gather knowledge of the regulatory environment in the real estate industry and how it affects specific businesses

Non-technical :

- Following are essential skill-sets for the proposed role - Exceptional problem-solving skills, demonstrated leadership ability and experience, ability to grasp and communicate complex ideas clearly, strong personal drive and motivation, demonstrated success as collaborative team player who is capable of working with others, but also autonomously with little direction

Technical :

- Following skill sets/experiences would be evaluated favourably: Experience with handling financial models and assessment of returns (IRR/ NPV) of business on the basis of expected financial performance, Research & Analytics Experience, Experience with understanding regulatory environment w.r.t. specific industry and analyzing its impact.

Ancillary skill-sets :

- Well-versed with data analytics tools such as MS-Excel, MS-Access, Microsoft Power BI; presentation tools such as MS-PowerPoint, Visio;
