Job Description :
Having multifaceted experience in handling the entire spectrum of Talent Acquisition, Account management, delivery & BD with focus on people, processes, systems and performance.
Deep understanding of Account management, Delivery Management - IT Contractual Staffing, Resource Management and Business/Client Relationship Management.
Handling end to end IT Staffing Operations (Contract/C2H/Perm) wherein essentially responsible for overall resource management and delivery for assigned and newly developed Clients/ Projects.
Build and Manage strong relationship with Project Managers, Resource Managers and other stake holders across the organisation to produce win-win result.
Manage MIS and dashboards and share the key competencies metrics with the leadership team on weekly basis for effective utilisation of resource.
Person is responsible for complete client interaction process, Client Management, Handling Escalations, Account Mining and MIS Reporting.
Good experience in areas of IT Recruitment, Defining and streamlining Hiring Process and Automation, Budgeting, Volume Hiring, Manpower Planning, Hiring Forecast, Client Management, Hiring Strategies, People Management.
Industry surveys on Compensation/Attrition Trend, Joining Ratio, Mediation / Dispute Resolution, Contract Negotiations / Administration, Team Management, Employee Relations, Client Handling, Signup New Agreement, Agreement renewal, Rate Negotiation, Invoicing, Payment Follow-up.
