Location : Mudhol Bagalkot District Karnataka   To Lead HR Operations of our Karnataka Integrated Cement Plant.   Plant HR - IR and Admin (Role is HR/ IR Head) reporting to Unit Head and as well as centrally to CPO.   - Preference will be given to 14 to 20 years of experience in process industry.   - Key skills will be to manage all administration matters, deal with local villagers, politicians, employee and Industrial relations, Government Liaison, Dealing with labor, Police, Pollution control Authorities, legal matters etc.   - Post Graduate in HR/ Labour Studies from reputed B-school.   - Candidate will be provided accommodation at plant. CTC Negotiable. One month's joining preferred.
