Role: Assistant Manager – HR
The Incumbent will be the Talent Acquisition lead for Janssen India, the Pharmaceuticals Group of Johnson & Johnson. The company has about 800 employees in India

The incumbent will report to Sr. Mgr – HR and be responsible for:
- Designing and Executing the Talent Acquisition strategy for the Organization including Campus Recruitment.
- Responsible for Employer Branding for Lateral as well as Campus hiring
- Responsible for ensuring effectivess and efficiency of the Recruitment process which would include driving the appropriate Source Mix of internal and external sources, cost efficiency, Turn Around Time of Hiring and Hiring from Target and benchmark organizations.
- Identification and deployment of the right tools for hiring.
Experience : 3-5 years experience post qualification from Premier B School.
