Spearheaded acquiring & managing Service Delivery of 23 Large Accounts across practices like Strategic Sourcing (S2C) / Procurement Outsourcing (P2P) / Sales & Fulfillment (O2C).
Driven PAN-India Teams for Business Development & Account Management for procurement and selling solutions.

Setting up a Business Unit to generate incremental revenue from the asset sales domain
Developing new business opportunities
Managing the business relationship with a promoter Client
Developing an online platform and an auction engine.
Developing a team of specialized personnel
Acquiring Clients in the B2B & B2C domain
Acquire Clients internationally in the B2B domain
