Job Purpose :
- Ensure real time management of various performance indicators, objectives and process of the organization related to SDCL, IT infrastructure & Systems
- Implement seamless operational excellence within different geographies and target markets
- Implement different application for the education market in order to bridge the gaps between the institutions, government, academic and students
Key Accountabilities :
Application Design & Management :
- CRM & ERP cloud near ready strategic input
- Vendor integration & Management
Building a systems pipeline :
- Manage & implement assessments to placements funnel of Jetking
- Integration of multiple platforms
Implementing a robust CRM/SRP tool :
- Implementation to more than 500-1000 users challenging 4 tier set up
- Reporting & analysis of 500+ user MIS
Operating Environment :
- Work in a dynamic environment of challenging needs
- Adequately plan for newer resources and requirements
- Envisage and plan to avert critical incidents to smoothen the execution of business operations
Communication & Working Relationships :
Internal :
- Ongoing communication with direct reports within the department on day to day matters
- Extend complete co-operation to the Sales, Learning & Development and Operations team
- Interact with the internal customers on a consistent basis to understand their requirements and for feedback on IT services
External :
- Coordinate and work with IT software, Hardware & Service Vendors
Decision Making :
- Takes all decisions pertaining to the choice of vendors
- Decisions on upgrading software and hardware to be taken
- Budget related decisions & allocation of funds for all IT initiatives
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills :
Qualification :
- B.Tech/B.E, with Post Graduate degree/diploma in IT or Systems
Experience :
- Minimum 10 years experience in IT infrastructure Management, ERP, LMS, Online technologies
Skills :
- IT Administration, IT Infrastructure Planning Skills
- Java, Dot Net, ASP,SQL, Networking, Windows Server, HTML 5, E-Commerce, Web Based Learning
