Team: Data & Analytics  Position: Associate / Analyst (depending on years of experience)  Reporting to: Manager, Analytics / Senior Manager, Analytics (depending on position)  Location: Andheri East, Mumbai, India  Brief Description:  - The candidate would be joining the current 4 member Data & Analytics team  - Years of work experience: Maximum 3.5 years & minimum 1 year (post last academic degree)  Business Acumen:  - Candidate should be able to demonstrate acumen to understand problem statement and translate into data requirement  - Candidate needs to be from these industry backgrounds: Prior experience of working in a similar function for retail bank / credit card issuer / consumer retail firm / loyalty programs units of a bank or a retailer / airline / loyalty program operator OR experience of working for analytics service providers or in KPOs in a Marketing Analytics profile  Technical Skills:  - Candidate should mandatorily have good grasp over SQL (data querying tool)  - Candidate should mandatorily have good working knowledge of either of Base SAS / R / SPSS / Microsoft Power BI in a business environment  - Candidate should mandatorily have advanced skills in MS Office - especially Excel & PowerPoint  - Additional skill-sets in programming languages like VB, Python, Matlab etc. is preferred & not mandatory  - Candidate should be comfortable with working with data, numbers, spread-sheets, trouble-shooting programme codes  Important Notes:  - Candidates without relevant experience & / or skill-set are highly unlikely to be considered for this position  - There is no constraint on educational background - as long as the candidate is able to demonstrate that he / she has the required skills (business & technical) for this position  - The annual compensation in INR would be in the 6.5 lakhs to 7.5 lakhs range  - Mumbai based candidates preferred but not mandatory
