Location: Hyderabad  The incumbent should have knowledge of HR applications and should have worked in these modules in supporting HR and Senior Management.  Knowledge and Skills Required:  - Should have worked in HR applications and have sound knowledge in the area of HRIS and its impact on business  - Knowledge of Workday is an added advantage  - Excellent knowledge of MS office particularly excel skills   - Ability to gather data and produce quality data analysis and impact on business and people  - Exposure to benefits, insurance, labour law compliance is an advantage   - Excellent written and communication skills.  - Poise, maturity and interpersonal skills to deal professionally and effectively with senior management  - Strong interpersonal skills to deal with HR team members and also with the associates  - Strong computer skills including presentation and analytics.  - Strong business acumen  - Ability to review and recommend changes to the process and HRIS system  - Work with subject matter experts to create effective road map and support HR needs in the field of HRIS.  Education and Experience:  - MBA or an equivalent degree in Human Resources.  - Typically 4+ years of experience in HR and HRIS role
