JDA is looking for a highly motivated and energetic candidate to join our team as Marketing Director, Analyst Relations, in our India-based Center of Excellence. The role will have a dual reporting structure, to the VP of Project Management in India and the Senior Director of Analyst Relations in North America.  The Marketing Director, Analyst Relations, will be responsible for facilitating regular contact with the analyst community, advancing JDA's analyst relations programs, collaborating with JDA sales, marketing, product management and company executives to engage with analysts on new product enhancements, company news and strategic initiatives.  In addition, as leader of all India-based marketing team members, the Marketing Director, Analyst Relations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring collaboration across regions, reporting against goals and career development across the team.  This position will help accelerate and evolve the Global AR program helping the company to:  - Develop more strategic relationships with JDA's global community of analysts  - Broaden visibility of JDA, the company's strategy and products  - Positively shape analysts' opinions and market perspectives  - Enhance JDA's global marketing programs using analyst content, references and recommendations  Responsibilities :  - Develop and execute an analyst relations engagement plan for briefings, inquiries and interactions in APAC region (sharing responsibilities for EMEA with the Senior Director of Analyst Relations in North America)  - Provide guidance on proactive and strategic analyst interactions to JDA executives and associates in-region  - Own a global research calendar for core JDA markets  - Author and distribute an internal and external analyst relations newsletter  - Work with the JDA Customer Reference team to raise visibility of JDA customers with analysts in-region  - Conduct extensive research to support JDA's business objectives  - Support a JDA executive engagement program with key analysts for the APAC region  - Coordinate execution with other disciplines including PR, product/industry marketing and events  - Manage a team of marketing professionals based in the JDA Centers of Excellence, ensuring collaboration across regions, establishing and reporting against goals, and career development for associates.  Qualifications  - 7-10 years of experience, ideally in B2B technology marketing, in a Public Relations, Analyst Relations or Research setting  - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, Business or related field  - 5+ years managing and developing marketing teams  - Ability to staff analyst meetings, manage timing and meeting flow, capture notes and follow-up actions  - Organizational skills required to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment  - Be a great team player - willing to take on new responsibilities  - Strong writing and communications skills  - Flexibility to arrange/staff global briefings in multiple geographies and time zones  - Proficient with standard business applications specifically Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PPT  - Knowledge of marketing tools such as Adobe Creative suite and Marketo marketing automation tools desired but not required  - Ability to travel up to 25%; some international travel possible
