- Track the Tenders for Municipal Solid Waste Management, upstream and down stream  - Forge Alliances with small players in Collection/Transportation and Composting and Landfill  - Assist Proposal Team in Survey and Estimation of Capex/Opex Cost for SWM projects in BD Pipeline  - Preparation of Tender in Coordination with Corporate BD-Proposal team/costing/Pricing/Technical and Financial Pre-qualification compliance, ensuring that a fully responsive Bid is prepared by Corporate office and submitted timely.  - Identifying avenues for the company's entry into Waste to Energy sector.  - Analysis of the tender and participate in preparation of Pre-bid queries and managing the resolution of identified risk factors in a tender bid/proposal  - Locate market of sale of by-products in a SWM project - RDF/Recyclables, Compost etc.  - Forging alliances with Local Regulator, DISCOM, and State UDD  - Liaison for MOEF/CPCB/MNRE/State PCB for approvals/clearances  Competencies Required :   Functional Competencies :   - Market Intelligence  - Lead Generation  Behavioural Competencies :   - Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.   - Team handling
