Company: 100 years old global product engineering firm  Location: Noida   Role: Java Architect  Impact  Principal Architect - Core Java, Web Developer and JavaScript, leader in strategy and innovation in the evaluation of existing systems and technologies based on business challenges. You will be part of the team that designs and develops the best Enterprise GIS Server platform available in the market. You will be deeply involved in leading the development of our API services, UI, client tools, collaboration with other products.   The job will include collaborating across the organization with architects, UX experts, product managers and other software developers. In addition, the Principle Solution Architect will manage and mentor a team of skilled solutions architects. You will use your expertise in building highly scalable services and UI.   We use Agile software development methodology and expect you to be hands on and up to date with the latest technology stack. If this type of position motivates you, tell us why you are the right person for this challenging role!   The Job :   - Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions that meets the needs of our customers  - Evaluate and incorporate new technologies into new and existing frameworks and solutions as applicable  - Collaborate with and mentor members of the team and other coworkers  - Be agile and embrace change  Qualifications :  - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline from tier 1 institute  - At least 11 years experience designing and developing large scale, mission critical and high availability web applications  Must Have Skills :   Demonstrable experience with web technology stack, including but not limited to :   - Core Java(Servlet and JSP) (Should have experience of Server Side or Client side programming in java)  - TDD (Test Driven Development) practices and automated UI testing using Jasmine and Protractor  - JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS  - Working knowledge of REST API integration  - JavaScript frameworks like Jquery, Bootstrap, Angular  - Cloud computing/AWS  - Good knowledge on Hadoop  - AGILE Development Methodologies (SCRUM)  - Design patterns, architectural certifications like TOGAF etc  - Published White papers  Good To Have Skills :   - Wireframe Design Tool (Balsamiq, MockFlow)  - GIS Domain knowledge  - JSF, DOJO, JQuery, Open Layers  - Mobile development experience
