Java Architect - IT

We have urgent opening for Java Tech Leads and Architect's for Bangalore location.

Basic Qualifications:

- BE in Computer Science, Electronics or related discipline

- Minimum 8 years of object oriented software development, software design, and test experience

- Demonstrated experience with standard UI technologies

- Minimum 5 years experience in Core JAVA.

- Minimum 3 years experience in designing systems.

- Experience with Agile Software Development and product development life cycle

- Excellent communications skills

- Exposure to automated test tools

- End to End experience in two to three disciplines of complete product development

- Technical Lead for a team of developers

- Perform code reviews and make sure software development best practices are followed

- Develop and test software as part of an Agile team

- Participate in full software development lifecycle from idea conception through release and maintenance

- Handle support inquiries escalated from internal technical support group

- Exposure and involvement in product architecture

- Good hands on experience in Niagara Framework will be added advantage

- Exposure to Building Automation Solution domain will be added advantage.

- Excellent focus on execution, should ensure responsiveness to customers, team and management

- Must be a good communicator of vision, ideas and work requirements

- Must have inflammable energy and enthusiasm to constantly motivate the team

Experience/Education Required/Sought:

- The candidate should be an engineering (B.E/Masters) graduate with good academic record.

- The candidate should have 8 + years of experience in product (software and/or hardware) development for buildings/industries, with good appreciation of object oriented technologies, with a good track record of delivery in software development technologies such as Java.

- Should have relevant work experience in OOA/OOD and UML Project experience. Good knowledge of Core Java, Worked on at least 3-4 Full life cycle project using Java.
