Formulate sales plan to acquire new customers for increasing customer base of the portfolio and enhancing value of existing relationships.  - Key Result Areas- :  a) Financial : Sourcing new Trust/Social Impact/NGO/HNI, NRI, Corporate/FI customers, cross-selling products: Savings, TD, Recurring Deposits for HNIs, Grow portfolio profitability, Focus on business development and growing revenues, Achieve growth in relationship value, Achievement of product-wise targets, Use financial acumen and investment expertise to review a clients personal data  b) Customer : Ensuring service quality and deepening customer relationship   c) Process : Adherence to the process, Adhering to KYC Norms, Adherence to the laid down systems and procedures in business, Completion on No. of Accounts sourcing
