KRAs:

1. FINANCIAL - Achieving sales targets for loan, deposits and cross sell business and recovery budgets, managing CASA, TD, cross sell of RFS,EFS,Microlite & Payment Plus products

2. CUSTOMER - Provide information as required by Customers and also attend to customer complaints and resolving them, ensure proper service to customers in TAT

3. PROCESS - Adherence to the laid down systems and procedures in business and collections, Completion on No. of Accounts sourcing, Hooks in terms of mobile banking, internet banking, aadhar updation (mobile/email)

4. PEOPLE - Mentoring and coaching the existig team members. Provide new joinersupport and also educate self for higher roles
