Key Responsibilities:   - Responsible for an organizations day-to-day marketing operation and managing the marketing team  - Coordinate the production of public relations, media, creative, promotions and advertising.  - Reviewing and approving communication campaigns.  - Ensure the customer acquisition and target audience engagement by managing various channels  - Seek out new ways beyond the traditional media to deliver messaging, such as mobile devices, video and social media  - Plan, direct and coordinate marketing budgets in accordance to organizational business goals.  - Generating revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing campaigns and consumer engagement programs  - Recruit, hire and supervise staff, including usage analytic specialists, consumer researchers, creative directors, graphic designers, application developers and media professionals amongst others.  - Establishing and managing the brand identity  - This would include the brand vision, core values, key value proposition  - Crystallize what the business and brand stands for and what is the framework of the fundamental needs that we are setting out to deliver as a part of the proposition
