Role:  Dynamic self starter with extensive experience in Search Engine Optimization, Content Strategy, Search Engine Marketing, Brand Community Building & Web Marketing (including but not limited to Affiliate Marketing). This person would be responsible for the creation and optimization of online traffic acquisition strategy for ixigo as well as for its affiliated websites.  The position is based in Gurgaon, India and the person will be reporting directly to VP, Growth.  Key Responsibilities:  Developing and executing & through:  - Handle Google prospective & retargeting campaigns for web & app from pure performance perspective.  Optimizing LTV & CAC of campaigns on defined level.  - Plan & Execute FB campaigns for web & App campaigns with CAC & LTV in mind.   - Experiment with new audience pool, channels, placements, inventories for better conversions & lower CAC  - Good understanding of FB dynamic ads, pixel setup, conversion tracking setup, google PLA & retargeting ads is mandatory.  - Must have experience on cross selling & upselling, retargeting buckets, creation of user personas.  - Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments is a plus  - Track & analyse performances through attribution & analytics tools, such as GA, mixpanel, localytics, clevertap, appsflyer, apsalar, tune  Qualifications Summary:  - At least an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, preferably from top schools.  - 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing.  - Ability to - go down in the trenches- while solving problems  - An ability to identify & solve new business opportunities through ideation of new products.  Soft Skills:  - Self starter with a high level of drive and commitment and a passion for search engine marketing  - High energy and drive to work in a startup environment.  - Conceptual thinking, flexibility and ability to juggle with multiple responsibilities.  - Ability to work under pressure and confidence to deal with complex issues  - Stay current with new advances in search engine marketing and the competitive landscape.  - Good grasp of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.  - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work within a marketing team, and other departments.  - Savvy with social media trends including Facebook, Twitter, MySpace  - Strong communication skills.  - Hands-on and detail oriented  Compensation: Competitive, will not be a constraint for the right candidate  Culture: ixigems enjoy a fun and rewarding work atmosphere.
