Job Profile: Assistant Manager - Finance and Accounts  Who we are :   - Launched in 2007 in Gurgaon, India by Aloke Bajpai and Rajnish Kumar, ixigo is India's leading travel search marketplace, connecting over 80 million travellers with content & deals from over 25,000 online & offline travel & hospitality businesses. ixigo aggregates and compares real-time travel information, prices & availability for flights, trains, buses, cabs, hotels, packages & destinations.  - ixigo's mission is to simplify the lives of travellers by building apps that make their travel search and planning hassle-free and it has won several awards in its journey, including the TiE-Lumis Entrepreneurial Excellence Award and the NASSCOM Top-10 Emerge Award. ixigo's investors include Sequoia, SAIF Partners, MakeMyTrip & Micromax.  Role & Responsibility :   Looking for an Assistant Manager - Finance who will be responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP & A), Taxation and compliances, Budgeting among other responsibilities.  - The position is based in Gurgaon, India & will report to AVP - Finance & Accounts.  Responsibilities :  - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP & A)  - Taxation and compliances  - Compliances - Service Tax, TDS, ESI, PF, Labour act.  - Asset Management  - General Ledger  - Revenue Assurance  - MIS and reporting - Internal and external  - Knowledge of AP and AR  - Bank reconciliations  - Employees - Advance and imprest a/c  - Independent handling of Audit - Internal, Statutory, Tax and IFC  - Budget and forecast activities.  - Closing on books of accounts - Monthly, quarterly and year end close.  - Payroll accounting and calculate the tax on individual basis according their submitted documents for investments & savings.  Skills & Qualifications :  - Graduate/ Post Graduate in commerce  - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience  - Team Handling  - Tally ERP  - MS Word, Excel  Compensation : Commensurate to skills & experience, comparable to the best in the industry.  Culture : ixigems enjoy a fun and rewarding work atmosphere.
