You will identify diverse revenue opportunities and partner with relevant travel vendors in our launch countries (Thailand, Indonesia and counting) to grow our travel inventory.

Partnerships at Ithaka is a big project and growing fast. You will be solely responsible for travel experiences and services on our platform that our travelers can book.
- You will onboard new partners across domains (like experiences, transport, hotels) for all our destinations
- You will adopt/ refine our existing processes and build a smooth functional relationship with our partners
- You will recruit and lead a remote team in our destinations for partnerships and fulfillment
- You will continuously innovate and come up with more cost-effective methods to bring down partner acquisition cost
- You will keep a tab on the prices in the industry and negotiate with partners to get the best prices to our travelers
What you need to have?
- Proper, hands on travel experience (work trips, weekend getaways and family vacations don't count) - we want someone who's been out there and traveled for real
- Experience in partnerships/ business development/ sales
- Superb communication skills (English and otherwise)
- Experience with leading entire projects and delivering on key metrics
- Excellent structuring and process building skills
- Fanaticism about delivering a great user experience
Your growth at Ithaka
First 2 Weeks:
Wizard Training. You will undergo rigorous training to bring you to speed with knowledge about our destinations, planning processes and product.
2-4 Weeks:
You will get hands on and work alongside our wizards so you understand our travelers and their needs intimately.
In parallel, you will start picking up partnership responsibilities.
1- 3 Months and beyond:
You will take ownership of partnerships @ Ithaka and start onboarding new partners, renegotiating with new ones and refining our booking process.
You will start identifying new revenue opportunities for the business and strike partnerships to realize them
What is the hiring process?
Step 1: Short, written QnA followed by call to understand your past work and travel experience.
Step 2: Skype call with CPO - structuring, problem solving and process
Step 3: Working hack - you will work with our team to execute a short project end to end with a limited timeline
Step 4: Call with the CEO
Salary offered: 5 - 7 LPA
