- Tools Rollout and Train

- Flair to interact with other enabling functions, good at oral and written communication, good at interpersonal skills and a team player

- Writing macros will be an advantage

- Understanding on quality function functioning

Experience: 9-13 years of experience in IT

Skills required:

- Should be good at oral and written communication, process writing and training, process tools implementation and support skills

Job Responsibilities:

- Define, Refine and Publish Processes:

- Responsible for anchoring the definition and publishing of processes in QMS

- Drive process improvement initiatives, Piloting process improvement initiatives

- Very good knowledge or hands on (if possible) of

- Software Development Lifecycle, Software Testing Lifecycle, ERP Lifecycle, DW-BI Lifecycle, Product Development and Deployment Lifecycle - COTS products

- Application Maintenance and Support Lifecycle, Infra and Apps Support Lifecycle, Business Consulting Processes, Technology Consulting Processes

- Large Business Accounts (Staff Augmentation) Processes

- Good understanding on Product and Process Quality Metrics for the lifecycles mentioned above

- Good understanding / hands on (if possible) on methodologies

- Agile, V, Iterative, Spiral, Prototyping, Waterfall, Incremental Development, Rapid Application Development (RAD)

- Fair understanding on programming and project management approaches

- Object-oriented programming (OOP), Rapid application development (RAD), Dynamic systems development method (DSDM)

- Agile Unified Process (AUP), Scrum, Extreme programming

- Team software process, Rational Unified Process (RUP)

- Fair understanding on models and standards - CMMI, ISO 9000, ISO 20000, ITIL

- Good understanding on Lean, Six Sigma, Kanban methodologies

Tools Rollout and Train:

- Evaluate, Pilot and Implement select tools

- Support project creation for select tools

- Support issues on access issues for the select tools

- Conduct the trainings on select tools

- Prepare reports on usage

General:

- Flair to interact with other enabling functions, good at oral and written communication, good at interpersonal skills and a team player

- Writing macros will be an advantage

- A fair understanding on quality function functioning

- Share best practices, lessons learnt with delivery / team

- Coordinate for CSAT activities

- Participate in organizational quality initiatives if any as a team member if necessary
