Job Location - Bangalore
Notice Period - Less than 15 days.
- Should have 6-7 years- experience in leading Quality Assurance & Control
- Should have experience in managing quality control for IT infrastructure support engagements
- Should be certified in Six Sigma and ITIL.
- Should be able to draft ITIL processes and implement as per ITIL.
- Must have knowledge in ISO 20000:2011
- Should have hands on experience in driving quality initiatives, process improvements, service improvements, audits
- Should have hands on experience in analyzing, measuring quality compliance, reporting the gaps and driving corrective actions.
- Should have experience in creating quality awareness and training programs
- Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
