Job Description of HR Manager / Talent Management   About the business:   One of the biggest accounts within I3L with 40 mn USD topline with over 800+ staff spread across offshore/onsite & a 80+ Management team of Project Managers, Delivery Managers & Account Managers  Qualifications & Experience: MBA in (HR ) with 7+ Years in Core HR   Role Description:  This role as high management visibility and interaction across all layers of the Business Unit. Key contributions of the role will be to:  - Enable the business in creating a high performance based culture  - Facilitate strong connect across layers of the business to increase engagement and   - Conceptualise and implement special initiatives around Process Improvements, Employee Welfare and Delight.  - Own HR cyclical phases like Performance Management and Employee Engagement  - Be a trusted advisor to the business while managing areas on Employee Relations, Rewards & Recognition, Employee Retention and effective Communication  - Contribute to the HR journey towards building a strong shared services model   - Influence business to manage and own change positively  - Analyse trends in data and through other channels to help business teams and management to address effectively and proactively  Some areas of key importance to collaborate as part of the HR team will include:  - Ability to manage conflicting demands and deadlines   - Resilience to work through issues to conclusion   - Persuasion and influencing skills   - Ability to utilize and share knowledge and challenge appropriately.   - Use continuous improvement as a mindset to contribute towards the HR maturity model   - Encourage and influence the behaviors of others to adopt an integrated approach to current and future delivery.   - Ability to think beyond an immediate issue / situation and offer contingency plan / solution.  Essential Requirements:  - Abilty to manage a team and work closely with Senior Management  - Ability to think Strategically   - Deep Conceptual knowledge of HR and Best practices.  - The ability to work collaboratively with business and HR teams to ensure joined-up delivery   - A customer focus with a drive to deliver within identified timelines  - Ability to create a high approachability factor for the business  - Strong Analytical and numerical skills for HR reporting  - The ability to build strong working relationships/networks with all stakeholders and maintain a high degree of integrity   - Ability to apply judgment to individual cases and make decisions   - Generalist HR experience   - Strong written and verbal communication skills  - Maturity to understand a business changing environment and client sensitivities  - The jobholder should have atleast 3.5 to 5 yrs of experience as a HR generalist in a IT /ITES business environment.   - A degree in HR would be a positive for the incumbent to deliver effectively by application of HR concepts to business needs.
