Position Title : Business Development Manager - Enterprise solutions - Manufacturing  Engineer (mechanical mandatory)  MBA preferred   Experience:  - 5 to 10 years in experience in software/services sales   - With 5-7 years in IT services sales to Manufacturing industry in India  - Should be managing a sales team in their current role   - Strong understanding of Manufacturing market in India   - Strong understanding of IT trends in Manufacturing Role  Qualification: BE Mechanical, Production (With MBA can be added advantage but not necessary)  Experience: 8 Years - 10 Years experience in direct IT services & product sales into discrete Mechanical Manufacturing (Selling CAD software is desirable)   - Identification of Territory, Target Industry and opportunity   - Engage with Prospect and discuss upon Feature /Function/Benefits of the product (Organisation will provide necessary sales enablement on Product)  - Drive engagement at the CXO level  - Negotiation and deal closure.)  Other: Self-motivation, networking ability, presentable, and ability to work in collaboration and within the ecosystem.  Key Responsibilities  - Will be responsible for managing and growing the manufacturing customer base for ITC Infotech in India.  - Must strategize and implement the growth plans  - Will personally be responsible for hunting key accounts to drive revenue is those accounts.  - Will be responsible for mining the existing manufacturing clients  - Manage, develop and motivate the sales team addressing this market  - Align with delivery teams to facilitate services delivery to customers  - Align with eco-system in the organization to ensure smooth business rhythm.  - Anchor and nurture relationships with OEMs for the manufacturing market in India.  - Provide timely and accurate forecasting, as well as reporting on completed deals.  - Responsible for revenue collections  Skills Required:  - Proven leadership capabilities  - Strong sales experience in Business Development from IT services companies serving the Indian market.  - Good understanding of IT industry  - Good understanding of manufacturing market  - Good understanding of IT solutions in manufacturing market Posting  Personal Attributes:  - Flair for Strong interpersonal skills   - Self-driven, self-discipline, organized, and focused in conducting sales campaigns.  - Excellent negotiation skills, mediation, and conflict management skills.   - Ability to guide others through complexity, ambiguity, and uncertainty.  - Strong verbal and written communications skills
