The position is for the Business Analytics Line of Business (LOB).

The objective of this position is to be able to successfully understand the Business Processes of the client, identify gaps, risks in processes, hence identify the key control requirements/areas (KCAs) to mitigate the same. The KCAs needs to be articulated in the form Policies & Procedure which shall enable the client organisation to establish governance, identify existing & probable risks and ensure compliance with controls & regulatory measures.

She/ He should have strong acumen in:

- Analyzing current business scenario and identify threats, opportunities and requirements.

- Assess the level of risks and opportunities

- Identify the exhaustive list of related metrics (KPIs/KRIs)

- Should be able to identify & prescribe recommendations for policy & procedure optimization

The profile shall also involve working in ERPs and Business Analytic tools.

She/he shall also be responsible to drive Consultative Sales in these areas. Ideally she/ he should be a Cost Accountant / Chartered Accountant/MBA Finance with strong finance domain knowledge. Previous experience in working in SAP/Oracle ERP environments will be an added advantage. Previous experience in similar areas in Banks / Insurance organisations is a definite plus.

Should have high level of commitment, initiative and presentation skills.

Functional Aptitude:

- In-depth knowledge of Banking / Insurance / Other industry specific financial & risk metrics

- Should have experience in evaluating Internal Control Environments and their efficacy

- In depth understanding of Accounting Standards

- Conceptual understanding of requirements of different quality standards.

Technical Aptitude:

- Should have expert level ability on Microsoft Office with high presentation (PPT) skills

- Exposure in Business Analytics tools

Other Qualities:

- Adequate experience in client-facing roles

- Highly Effective Communication Skills

- Ability to dig out relevant information from system data / interviews

- Team player
