Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the revenue and the gross margin targets for the account
a) Drive the overall sales revenues and increase strategic value of the Services and solutions within an account
b) Develop customer account strategies and tactical penetration plans in defined accounts across various service-lines
- Build & maintain executive relationships with the nominated accounts to increase the organization's visibility & operate as key business contact within accounts for all business related issues
- Serve as a focal point for customer services issue escalation.
- Manage closure on customer support issue to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty with customers.
- Provide timely and accurate forecasting, as well as reporting on completed deals.
- Prepare monthly forecasts for sales reviews with the sales management team.
- Responsible for revenue collections
- Monitor, support and improve delivery and operational parameters of the account
Experience & Tech/Domain Skills Required:
- Experience in working in/with IT/IS services/engineering services companies in account management
(Desirable - Experience in working with Captive/MNC customers in India)
- Tech-savvy, should be aware of various technologies (Java, Microsoft, Open Systems, SAP, Infra Mgmt, Engineering, BI/DW) and have good understanding of IT/IS/Engg Services
- Good domain skills in one/more domains worked in (e.g. Finance/Banking/Insurance/Healthcare/Retail /Manufacturing/Hi-Tech)
- Good at MS Office, Excel & Powerpoint
Posting: Delhi (Gurgaon), but should be open to travel
Min Experience of 8 years in Account Management / Customer Engagement Management in IT/Engg Services organizations is must.
