About Our Client
Our client is a leading global financial institution with state of art technology platform supporting their IB, Consumer, Corporate, Fund Management and Private Banking business. They have a good network of third party service providers offering development and application support to the Bank. This role sits in between the Bank and the third party service providers managing the entire banks technology applications (e.g. Payments, Credit cards, ATM, Hedge fund etc)

Job Description
Reporting to the Technology Country Head, you would be an extension to the business and would be responsible for providing delivery governance and oversight to the India based supplier engagements and ensuring that the delivery of software and services from suppliers meets bank expectations. You would be working with business heads and project teams to mature the engagement model and implement key metrics, performance indicators and provide feedback to bank and suppliers on resultant analysis. These projects would be aimed at reducing cost, strategic solution to impact of attrition both at suppliers and bank's end. The incumbent would be exposed to senior management both locally and globally and will benefit in building up proven expertise in delivering products/services in a demanding environment.

The Successful Applicant

    * BTech/MTech with at least 15 years of experience within Banking/ Third Party environment

    * PMP or industry certifications in Banking, Sourcing would be a plus

    * Solid understanding of product development and various banking applications (understanding of elements that works in applications

    * Experience in supplier governance audit is a must

    * Must have worked in a supplier or captive environment managing large teams

    * Would have a strong sense of improving the effectiveness of the suppliers and ability to influence decision making
