Experience: 14-20 Years

Base Location: Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities

- Will be responsible for achieving Top line and bottom line targets for the region.

- Will be responsible for growing MIT business while driving depth and breadth strategies for the Mumbai region.

- Will lead team of sales and pre-sales for the region.

- Will need to coordinate with various decision points in organization while working on multi LOB and large deals.

- People management and team work.

Skills and Job Requirements

- 15 + years experience in IT sales (services exp. preferred, at least 6-7 years as man manager)

- Relevant experience in Mumbai geo (work exp. in a matrix organization with direct sales responsibility)

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Team player.
