Job Description:  Position: Sales and Business Development  Individual in Sales and Business Development position will:  - Lead sales activities for CitiusTech – targeting specific geography / client segment  - Develop and manage Sales Pipeline  - Work with Delivery organization to scope solutions and close deals  - Independently visit client site to present solutions and get approval  - Participate in contract discussions / negotiations  - Participate in trade shows / conferences  Management multiple client relationships:  - Manage client relationship - including onsite review meetings at client site  - Facilitate overall design and architecture with help of technical leads  - Identify and scope growth opportunities within the relationship – including project definition, requirement gathering  Other areas of participation:  - Lead and manage technology partnerships and joint sales opportunities  - Identify and develop specific Market Niche and Solutions  Location: Powai, Mumbai with travel upto 25% of time (mainly North America).  Required Experience / Skills:  - Previous experience in Consultative selling of IT solutions (Healthcare Payer/ Provider/ Life sciences)  - Presence to interact with CEO / CXO client executives.  The candidate should possess a valid B1 Visa.  Meeta 7208099615
