We have very urgent requirement with our client is IT-MNC in Gurgaon.

Position : India Sales Head

Location: Gurgaon

Job Description: This role will own the sales plan for India Geo viz. I.P. Led sales in 3 Product Lines (Retail, F&B and WMS,FMCG) & revenue growth of Key Services Accounts.

- Will Own India Geo Business Plan for I.P. led licenses and Services Sales thru Account expansion & solution expansion

- Solution Expansion: Responsible to take over from funnel generated by the marketing team and close the deals with the clients through effective presentations, contract negotiations and providing innovative value based solutions based on the client need

- Responsible for generating revenues through multi-sales activities (Alliances, channels & direct) of the organization

- Account Expansion: Generate Revenue from IT Staff Augmentation / Deliverable Based Projects / IT Solutions / Product license Sales

- Drive targeted revenue plans from Alliances/Partnerships.

- He will be responsible to supervise the sales team and ensure all the team members achieve their Key Result Areas

- Responsible for formulating and implementing innovative sales strategies

- Train the sales / marketing team as and when needed to promote the products and services of the organization

- Must be able to provide leadership to the team and motivate them

- Develop and maintain long term relationships both internally and externally.

Job Requirement: A minimum of 12 years of professional sales management experience, with a large I.P. led software solutions company (license & services sales) - (NSM/AVP)

- Including a minimum of 4-5 years prior experience in selling IT Solutions (on-site, off-site, off-shore project selling), IT Staff Augmentation Services.

- Previous national leadership of a sales team to bring the company to a leading preferred software solution vendor (1 or 2) position in the perspective industry (Retail, CPG, F&B)

- Extensive experience in delivering a sales target of min. USD 5-8 mill. & managing a senior-level sales team where individuals have carried order book target of min. 1-2 million USD each and of delivering a

- Must have previous experience working closely with C level executives at Large Corporates /Key Accounts

- Proven sales management track record with deal size of usd 500k to usd 1000k

- Ideal candidate will come from a Major IT Product/Solutions company or a Major Software Vendors Professional Services group
