The ideal candidate should possess the following :

- India Sales for Engineering Services for the MNC Captives

- Demonstrated ability to carry a Sales Target and Win Business.

- Ability to connect to Senior Executives

- Ability to Win Larger Deals

- Need to have Focus on Sales Operations

- Good Customer Facing Skills

- Account Relationship Management and creating Account Maps at all levels of the client organizations

- Account Management and Mining

- Booking &, Billing

- Market Research, Competitive Analysis

- Client Visit Management
