In addition, teamwork skills are a must, along with the ability to grasp new technologies.   - Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.   - Passion for improving the customer experience with customers broadly defined as candidates, new hires, hiring managers and recruiters.
