IT Recruiter - Video Placeshifting Product Firm

We are looking for HR IT Recruiter for Leading provider of video placeshifting products @ Bangalore.

Job Description:

- Skilled and motivated recruiting professional who can manage the full cycle of the recruitment process including sourcing strategies, hands on research, social branding, etc.

- Ability to create an engaging, compelling recruitment process that drives candidate appreciation of the company and its career opportunities.

- Keep up-to-date with best practices and trends associated with talent acquisition; share knowledge with colleagues and hiring managers as appropriate.

- Minimum 3-4 years of full life cycle recruiting experience.

- Experience with Social Media Recruiting and applicant tracking system(s).

- Strong facilitation, influencing and negotiating skills

- Have worked on campus recruitment programs.

- Should have good knowledge of current external recruitment trends & market intelligence BA/BS degree or equivalent
