This person will be a part of the internal sourcing team of FlexAbility and will be hiring for one of the leading Investment Banks.  RESPONSIBILITES   - Mapping at Sectoral and Functional level for mandates across level   - Understanding client brief and sourcing potential candidates   - Handling complete recruitment life cycle - from understanding of client requirement, mapping, initial screening / candidate interaction, meeting / interview scheduling, etc.   - Sourcing profiles / resumes through multiple sources (head hunting, networking portals, job portals, internal references, etc).   - Candidate assessment at primary level, based on client requirement   - Co-ordinate / schedule interviews and follow up  - Maintain MIS / Trackers / Status reports  KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:  - EDUCATION/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS  - MBA/ MCA  - WORK EXPERIENCE (Specify length and type/areas)  - Minimum 4 years- experience in headhunting, sourcing, mapping.  - Ability to map sectors / functional positions   - IT Industry Knowledge   - Good understanding of JAVA/ SDLC, STLC  - BEHAVIOURAL ATTRIBUTES  - Ability to think independently and act in a mature manner  - Responsible and accountable  - Confident and motivated individual   - Team player  - Good communication skills (especially verbal, as maximum interaction with candidates will be telephonic)  - Self starter and self-motivated approach
