Job Responsibilities :
Must have good understanding of Technical recruitment
- Must have good understanding of IT Skills, technology hiring
- Good interviewing skills of technical candidates.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate salaries and wages.
- Must have knowledge of hiring skills like Java, ROR- C++
- High energy level, self-starter and comfortable working in a high-impact workplace with a small group of experienced team.
- Must have Excellent Sourcing skills - Head Hunting, Mapping, Networking, Referrals, Social Websites,
Candidate should be flexible and willing to work in all the US time zones.
