IT Project manager for one of the biggest Pharma Industry across globe.

Responsibilities:

- Following the guidance and requirement of global PPM, assist MNC regional IT manager to manage the IT road map and IT project portfolio of MNC Asia site, and define processes/KPIs to measure the project health status.

- Manage the communication with all related stakeholders and sponsors for project execution and delivery. And assist the MNC regional IT manager for project initialization, including but not limited to project request preparation and submission, capital appropriation, project resource allocation, and communication management with business stake holders.

- Provide leadership or coaching for project management, make sure projects are executed with adherence to global IT project management methodology.

- Work as project manager by himself/herself to lead and manage multiple IT projects of Asia sites at the same time.

- Working with global IT team to ensure the architecture design of the IT solutions of the Asia JSC sites are aligned with global strategy.

- Ensure project delivery excellence and maintain the program team's technical capabilities.

- Working closely with business team and global team to provide support to factory automation projects.

- Deliver project status reports and KPIs as required by leadership of IT or business of each site as needed.

- Manage and control project expense and capital according to approved project budget

- Make sure the IT projects adhere to all Quality & Compliance (Q&C) requirements outlined by J&J processes.

- Drive overall resource management by partnering with the different IT groups and driving organizational discipline through process development

- Manage and develop the subordinate of Asia IT project lead according to IT and HR policy.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline is required;

- 8+ years of related experience in IT and 5 years in IT project management

- Strong evidence of experience in project and program management is required

- Excellent English skills in speaking, writing and listening

- Excellent communication skill to manage the communication with business partners, different IT groups, and project team members

- Be able to work under pressure.

- Organizational competencies in project planning and execution, resource management and benefit realization.

- Experience with Supply Chain IT solutions is key: SAP/ERP experience is preferred

- Experience in Pharmaceutical branch is a plus

- This position will require 30% travel.

- Locations for the position: one of JSC sites in Asia preferred, other J&J Locations possible as well
