Technical expertise on Mobile related technologies like node js, angular js, android, php, or the Java Stack

Good working knowledge of SQL Server 2008.

Should be well versed with SDLC processes Configuration / Release management process.

Should have proven track record in managing multiple System releases

Good experience in Project Management

Job Responsibilities

Lead planning and/or implementation of projects.

Participate in the design and/or testing phases.

Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas; develop methods to monitor project or area progress; and provide corrective supervision if necessary.

Responsibility for assembling the project staff; for their technical or functional development, performance, and/or termination during the project or projects.

Monitor and Improve the Application Support processes like Change, Issue, Problem, Release and Configuration Management. Objectively assess the performance of these processes and improve them where required.

Implement and standardize other Application Life Cycle processes as required.

Build relationships of trust with end users and customers - ensure customer commitments are met as per defined and agreed to SLAs

Be responsible for uptime and error free running of all applications. Ensure applications are available as per commitments.

Vendor Relationship Management and driving performance improvement through the various vendor relationships

SLA tracking and management

Experience of managing end to end deliveries of large projects / programs

Understand and Influence Customer Requirements so that optimal use of deployed applications can be made by customers

Implement best practices in Application Management
