Job Description

- Project Manager for IT projects

- Understands user’s process and requirements and come up with system oriented solutions

- Ensure Traceability of all functional and non-functional requirement from Requirements to Implementation and Transition

- Conduct Pre-UAT testing and verify if application is ready for UAT

- Review Functional and Technical design provided by partners

- Day to Day coordination with user, vendors and other IT teams

Skills

- Understanding of Life Insurance or BFSI (Preferable)

- Understanding of Web/Portal Applications and writing database queries

- Knowledge of SDLC (software development life cycle)

- Good communication skills inherent for requirement gathering

- Experience for L4/L5 (Manager/Sr Manager)

- At least 1 year or experience of Requirement Gathering / Business Analysis or Functional Testing in BFSI preferably in Life Insurance

- Preferably worked in Insurance or Tier 1 or Tier 2 IT company in BFSI vertical

- Experience in handling small team/ projects preferred

- Experience in interacting with partner preferred

- Some of amount of development experience preferred
