Our client is seeking out for Project Manager for their reputed organization.

Designation: Project Manager

Salary-According to Industry standard

Experience: 10 + Years

Qualification: B.Tech/BCA/B.SC/MCA/M.Tech/MCA

Location: Mumbai / Gurgaon

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Resource should be a positive thinking self driven individual.

- Should have previous experience of Handling large AMS projects in the LE Space of SAP in the role of Project Manager.

- Project management experience of 3-4 years with Onsite and offsite model.

- Overall experience should be 10 years and must be from Functional background

Job Level Specific Duties:

- Responsible for managing small group(s) of Delivery Management team members.

- Takes the lead role in managing customer relationships

- Mentors team members on delivery management best practices and process improvement opportunities.

- Account assignments and asset responsibility smaller in scope (smaller dollar value and smaller accounts).

- Manages and controls expenses for the organization while ensuring resource optimization.

- Ensures team achieves performance and customer service metrics.

- Resolves escalated problems to maintain strong customer experience levels.

- Identifies opportunities for growth and innovation.

- Lead small pre-sales assignments.

- Manages escalation as per agreed escalation matrix.

Typical Years of Experience:

- Typically requires 6-8 years relevant experience. (Previous managerial/leadership experience not required.)

Minimum Education and Certifications:

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

- Graduate degree preferred.

Skills:

- Demonstrated track record of delivering high quality services to small to medium accounts.

- Advanced priority-setting skills to provide leadership and direction to team.

- Ability to communicate clearly at all organizational levels.

- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

- Ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams.

- Demonstrated attentiveness to quality and productivity.

- Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills.

- Strong ability to motivate, direct and lead others.

- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and lead third party relationships.

- Ability to manage delivery costs to plan.

- Experienced organizing and planning skills to effectively manage a team.
