Designation: Deputy Manager/ Manager (PMO)
Location: Pune
Experience: Minimum 5-7 yrs
Qualification: Post graduate

Summary Role Profile (4-5 lines):
- Assist Sr Manager- PMO to implement project management process & track project deliverables and milestones
- Assist Sr Manager- PMO to prepare Project Dashboard
Detailed Role Profile:
Key Performance Area Unit of Measure:
- Assist Sr Manager-PMO to manage projects on Business transformation and Process re-engineering
- Assist Sr Responsible in activities like project initiation, planning, ROI estimation and execution.
- Coordinate with Internal departments, external agencies, ground level execution
- Will manage requirements from various business units across multiple systems and platforms
- Ensuring project deliverables are met timely and efficiently
- Preparation of management MIS on various projects and deliveries
- Responsible for management of operational issues and interface with delivery managers, business units and QA team for resolution - Organize and manage cross functional problem resolution
- Liaison between various stakeholders of the project
- Monitor & Report schedule variance
Skill Sets Required:
- Knowledge and expertise in program/project management
- Thorough knowledge in the processes of NBFC / Retail banking
- Experience in IT and/or Operations process re-engineering / Automation Oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills
- Knowledge on Business practices and requirements Experience in BFSI Industry
