IT Project Lead - Voice (Project Management)  Job Description - It Project Lead (voice)  Role: It Project Lead (project Management)  Responsible For : Managing End To End Implementation Of It Infrastructure Projects.  Requirement : High Level: To manage and deliver IT projects as per stakeholder expectations.  The candidate should have 4 - 6 years of experience in IT Project Management. Should be customer facing and have managed projects involving IT Infrastructure set up of across geographies.   Candidate should have strong project management knowledge and technical skill in Voice domain  Key Knowledge Areas :  - IT Project Management  - Certification or in-dept knowledge on PMP / Prince 2 processes  - Complete IT Project Management from Project Kick Off to BAU.  - Stake holder communication  - Risk Identification  - Coordinate with customers, Internal and external stakeholders for infrastructure set up and enable the resolution of problems.  - To be able to evaluate and manage realistic budgets and deadlines to projects undertaken.  - Work in different shifts and ready to travel to Onsite location as per Project requirements.  - Methodical and confident of confirming inputs to RFP/MSA/SLA documentations.  - Ability to ensure that all requirements for clients are addressed in technology design  - Project planning (mpp)  - High level understanding / knowledge for IT domains voice, network and systems (or virtual environment)  - Good in documentation and presentation skills  - Ability to communicate technical issues to individuals and groups, verbally and in writing, in a manner appropriate to the recipient.  - Good judgment in prioritizing tasks, projects and expenditure.  - Prepare Design Documents & diagrams.  - Ability to understand testing requirements and plan test case execution  Technical :   Voice :  - Call center set up (inbound / outbound)  - IP Telephony  - SIP trucking  - Dialer Operations (In/ Out)  - CTI / CRM Integration  - Voice recording and reporting  - Platform - Genesys, Avaya, Cisco ..  - Basic understanding of Network connectivity set up (WAN, LAN, VPN) and equipment's (Router,Firewall, Switch)  - Basic understanding of Server configuration / build requirement TCS Internal  Skills Required :  Project management : PMP / Prince 2, MS Office (MPP, Visio, ppt, Word, Excel)  Attitude/ Interpersonal : Good Communicator, Team Player, Proactive, Flexible, Logical and analytical, Proficient in client interactions  Voice Platform :- Avaya/Genesys/Cisco, Voice Recording (Verint, Nice..), Voice reporting, Softphone
